Frymaster LOV Electric easyTouch® Fryer (BIELA)
The LOV Fryer requires 40% less oil to fill. The traditional full-vat fryer requires 50 lbs. (25 liters) of oil to fill while the LOV requires only 30 lbs. (15 liters) of oil.
The LOV Fryer automatically tops off oil as required throughout the day. The LOV fryer automatically replenishes oil from the oil supply conveniently located inside the fryer cabinet or from a bulk oil system.This continually maintains the correct level of oil and eliminates the need for crew to retrieve oil containers from the storage room, saving a labor step and preventing possible oil spills on the floor.
The LOV Fryer automatically filters the oil at the push of a button. The easyTouch® controls count the number of cooks and prompts the crew with a “Filter Now?” message. If the crew activates the filter cycle, the fryer automatically initiates afilter cycle and the fryer is ready to use again in about 4 minutes.
Improved fried product quality – Using 40% less oil to cook the same amount of food, the “turnover” of the oil in the fryer is significantly greater than a standard fryer.Testing of the LOV fryer shows oil turn overtime to be less than half the time of standard fryers. This oil turnover and replenishment with fresh oil improves fried food quality and maintains oil quality for longer periods of time.
Energy efficient - The BIELA fryer exceeds ENERGY STAR® standards for efficiency and is 5% more efficient than previous Frymaster electric fryers supplied toMcDonald’s.
