The BIPH55 series offers unsurpassed performance in gas frying. These units allow you to cook more food for less money. They are as easy to maintain, as they are fuel efficient.
The BIPH55 gas fryer has a maximum 50 lb. (25 liter*) oil capacity. The frying area is 14" x 15" (356 x 381 mm) for full frypots and 6-1/2" x 15 " (165 x 381mm) for each split frypot. This 80,000 Btu/hr (20,151 kCal) (11.72 kW) model is designed for high volume frying and maximum fuel economy. It features automatic melt cycle for extended shortening life; solid state programmable computers for ultimate product consistency, centerline temperature probe for precise temperature control; electronic ignition for effortless start up; and stainless steel frypot, door
and cabinet.
The highly efficient infrared burners evenly direct heat to the open frypots, yielding more product with less fuel consumption, and fast temperature
recovery.
